Warning Labels
Crome BoyzTMŠ. 2009 works exclusively with suppliers who

decorate products using materials that comply with

current U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines

for heavy metal standards. Ontario does not recognize the

Federal standards, choosing to enforce its own standards

as defined in The Safer Enforcement Act. This legislation applies only to Canada

and does not ban any product. It simply requires either

compliance with the Canadian law or the use of individual

product warning labels.

We have many products, primarily in our Wheel & tires

categories, which may require a warning label under this

law. Orders shipping directly or indirectly to

Canada may require warning labels.

Additional fees may apply. If your items will be shipped

to Canada directly or indirectly, please inform us in

writing prior to your order entering production. It is

the purchaser's responsibility to notify Crome BoyzTMŠ. 2009

eventual indirect shipments to Canada.

By way of this notification, the customer will hold Crome BoyzTMŠ. 2009 and any of our suppliers harmless from all liability

for alleged violations including all costs

associated with defending any legal claims due to

violations.

Check Returns
In all cases where we have a check returned for Non

Sufficient Funds we will assess a $60.00 fee.

Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining

the confidentiality of your account and password and for

restricting access to your computer, and you agree to

accept responsibility for all activities that occur under

your account or password. Children are not eligible to

use Crome BoyzTMŠ. 2009 services, and we ask that minors not

submit any personal information to us.Crome BoyzTMŠ. 2009 and

its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service,

terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel

orders in their sole discretion.

Shipping Delays
Customer agrees that it will not hold Crome BoyzTMŠ 2009.

accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of

God or other circumstances over which we have no direct

control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best

estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall

consequential or special damages arising from any delay

in delivery.

Product Descriptions
Crome BoyzTMŠ 2009. and its affiliates attempt to be as

accurate as possible. However, Crome BoyzTMŠ 2009. All Right

Reserved. does not warrant that product descriptions or

other content of this site is accurate, complete,

reliable, current, or error-free.

Product Color
Product photos are not guaranteed to be color accurate.

We will try our best to produce clothing at the highest quality.

If a specific product color is important, please request

a product confermation before ordering. Charges may

apply. Requesting a confermation when placing your order

will likely delay production time.

Product Quality
We strive to only sell high-quality products. We can not

guarantee products against defects in production. A less

expensive product should not be compared to the quality

of a more expensive product. If you have concerns about

the potential quality of a product, please request a

confermation prior to ordering. Charges may apply.

Requesting a confermation when placing your order will

likely delay production time. If you are unhappy with the

quality of the product you have received, please contact

our Claims Department. We may need samples of your

product so that we can determine if the product suffered

a defect during production. or to see if the wheel or tire is truly defective.

Illegal Matter
Crome BoyzTMŠ 2009. All Right Reserved shall not be required

to print any matter which in his opinion is or may be of

an illegal or libellous nature or an infringement of the

proprietary or other rights of any third party.

expenses arising out of any libellous matter or any

infringement of copyright, patent, design or of any other

proprietary or personal rights contained in any material

printed for the customer. The indemnity shall include

(without limitation) any amounts paid on a lawyer's

Claims
Advice of damage, delay or partial loss of goods in

transit or of non-delivery must be given in writing to

within three days of delivery (or, in the case of

non-delivery, within 28 days of notification of dispatch

of the goods).

Errors in sizing must be made in writing to Crome BoyzTMŠ 2009. within 2 days of delivery. Crome BoyzTMŠ 2009. may

request samples to verify any errors made during Sizing.

Shipping of samples will be the customer's obligation.

requirements have been complied with except in any

particular case where the customer proves that (i) it was

not possible to comply with the requirements and (ii)

advice (where required) was given and the claim made as

soon as reasonably possible.

Liability
Crome BoyzTMŠ 2009. All Right Reserved shall not be liable

for any sales made during the course of a business day. or any indirect loss or third party claims occasioned by

delay in completing the work, making a delivery or for

any loss to the customer arising from delay in transit,

whether as a result of Crome BoyzTMŠ 2009. All Right

Reserved negligence or otherwise. By going on this site you willingly agree to this.

Insofar as is permitted by law where a wheel is defective

for any reason, including negligence, Crome BoyzTMŠ 2009.

It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a copy of

any original electronic file.

Deposite
Must place a 50% deposite before any order is made by

Customer agrees to give ( 50% ) Now which is half of the

price of the order before ordering rims or any item from

the shop. The next 50% is payable before client/customer

receiving Rims/tire/clothing/rc or any item from shop.

Customer agrees to make all Payments on All orders period. if client is able to qualify for payments he/she MUST make ALL payments. Clients who qualify MUST make atleast two Payments every month. Each

payment is to be made for the sum of 45% of amount owed

each time. Payments are to be made on the 1st and the

15th day of every month. NO exceptions. Late payments

are subjected to a penalty of 25% of the agreed payment.

i.e. $100 dollars + 25% late fee = $125 dollars in

addition $5 dollars will be added every time thereafter

the 3rd late consecutive payment is made. NO EXCEPTIONS.

(If you make your payments late 3 times in succession.

The 4th payment and every payment that follows will have

a 25% late fee + $5 dollars added to it. )

No wheels are mounted and installed on vehicle unless

order is paid in full NO EXCEPTIONS.
*In the event that customer defaults on payments as a

whole. By singing this contract. The Customer WAVES ALL

RIGHTS and gives CROME BOYZ Custom Wheels & Automotive

Accessories the FULL right to retain Any/or All previous

payments made. NO questions asked. And DECLAIR this act

to be THEFT of property belonging to CROME BOYZ Custom

Wheels & Automotive Accessories giving the company the

right to take any legal action that CROME BOYZ Custom

Wheels & Automotive Accessories sees fit to regain its

*TOTAL COST OF ORDER. Terms & Conditions of Sale: There

are absolutely NO returns on used equipment and/or
Mounted / balanced rims. We DO NOT guarantee fitment on

products and installation hardware,
Hardware is made to fit MOST applications but not all.

ALL returns must be its original packaging.
All returns may be subject to a minimum of a 25%

restocking fee, additional fees may apply under the

Proofs
Proofs of all work may be submitted for customer's

customer in proofs so submitted or orders placed. Orders will not be made

given. Depending on Store times and Delivery schedules,

the first day of production on custom wheels may be the

next business day following order approval.

Color Proofs
Due to differences in equipment, monitors, paper, inks

and other conditions between orders and production runs,

a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and

the completed job will be deemed acceptable. With certain

products we are not able to guarantee exact color matches

even when printing specific colors or text on clothing.

Imprint Colors, Text and Surface Colors for clothes
We cannot guarantee exact matches among imprint colors

and surface colors. For example, colors will vary

depending on what type of product it is printed on, the

color of the product, and the printing process that is

used. With most products, printing within one or two

shades of a specific color is deemed industry standard.

Surface colors may vary as well. We work for as much

consistency as possible, but there will be color shifts

during production runs, and between separate production

runs.

counties and cities of Canada. So the client will be held liable for those cost at the time of sale. Companies, individuals and

organizations who are exempt from sales tax should

provide us with their resale certificate by fax to (613)

321-0988 before placeing the orders or Crome BoyzTMŠ 2009.will charge it to the client at the time of sale. Purchaser is responsible for self-assessing any

applicable sales or use taxes that may apply to this sale

for your state/province/country or other. Purchaser is also responsible for all

taxes and duties for international shipments and any shipment made.

Every sale will be made to deliver the correct

quantity ordered, but estimates are conditional upon
